Blue knee on my neck:

muting words

blocking air

killing justice

Black robes on the bench:

dismissing arguments

thwarting transparency

forgiving accountability

Talking heads crowding the trough:

picking sides

avoiding solutions

bowing to corporate ad time

A thought occurs,

as darkness comes:

cameras will be

their undoing
